Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1/2 cup green gram (hari moong)


  • 1/4 cup almond meal


  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder


  • 7 tbs jaggery syrup


  • 2 tbs roasted cashew


  • 3 tbs ghee

Directions

  • Dry roast green gram in a pan on low flame
  • When daal dry roast completely it will turn into brown in colo
  • Let it cool completely
  • Make fine powder in grinder
  • Now add Cardamom powder, roasted cashew, 3 tbs ghee,
  • Mix well then add 1/4 cup almond meal
  • Now add 7 tbs jaggery syrup mix well,
  • Now make small small balls out of it
  • Keep in air tight container
